Hi!
My name is Stoffel Debuysere.
Based in Brussels, I’m active in the field of media culture and arts, as researcher, producer and writer. I’m interested in the relationships between media and memory, analog and digital, sound and image, seeing and being. I have worked with and for various cultural organisations and institutions including Argos, Muhka_Media, Impakt, Workspace Unlimited, Urbanmag and PACKED. I’m one of the programmers of the Courtisane collective. In 2009 I started teaching ‘Critical Film Studies’ at the art academies KASK and Sint-Lucas, both in Gent.
